Orders placed with My House Online Ltd may only be cancelled within 4 hours of a service order being placed. Any orders being cancelled after this allotted time may be subject to a cancellation fee, to be determined at the time of cancellation.

Orders placed are generally responded to and organised within a time frame of 1 to 4 days but may take longer in some cases. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading any material or information related to your chosen service.

RIGHT TO CANCEL SALE AGREEMENT ON NO SALE NO FEE BASIS ONLY You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (details below*) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (eg. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
